Very bad service here. The staff don't even acknowledge you when you arrive or say they will be with you once they have done with the order. They seem to be preoccupied with the drive-in rather than the walk ins. Three times we had to wait more than 10mins and three times we walked out. Never again.

Sunday 25th June between 4.45pm and 5pm we ordered a 10pc bucket meal with 3 sides. By the time we got home and unpacked the food I noticed the bottom of the bag had white liquid in it. I looked at the coleslaw and the lid was still intact...so left me wondering what the liquid was from until I go to take the plastic lid off the Coleslaw and the white film was already half peeled open. I was not going to drive all the way back to complain and waste petrol and time trying to convince them that the lid was already open.. how do you prove that? It makes you wonder if somebody had tampered with it prior...or was it returned and put back in the fridge? Disgusting.

Seriously bad service, food and experience also value. Purchased a popcorn chicken snack box @ $4.99, and does not look anything like the advertised product. Terrible. Judge for yourself and see photo of snack box I purchased vs the advertised photo, note: have NOT taken any food out of it, photo as purchased. Service seems typical these days of these corporate mega fast food chains that staff seem more interested in getting you in and out without any real care or quality consideration, example; I order something and they just say “anything else” which seems logical but it’s just a constant “anything else” the very second after you order something without any sincerity, warmth or care, it’s almost robotic, maybe it was an Ai? I get it though, they are probably under strict guidelines and probably don’t care enough when treated poorly by management so it’s just a bizarre experience. It’s clear to me kfcs advertising spend far outweighs the quality and budget toward the food, staff, the end game which is the consumer being played much like the poor chickens.

Racist Staff. Gave my order to another person of my race, didn't even bother to confirm. Went inside after 20 minutes to check if it was ready or not but those kids inside were swearing and having fun. Then they told me about the race botch they did. Literally tossed the order on the bench and went back inside and started swearing on my order again.Guy was buffed, had dental braces or supports, had black hair and was really rude when handing over food and when taking order at drive thru. Has been 3rd time with the same person. Food and service used to be good here, it's really recent these boys took over and started working as if it's their dad's restaurants. Would not recommend unless desperate.Food was made, arranged and packed horrendously as well.

Food was ok chicken not dry but we come in here on Saturday and there was 3 people work drive thru and front counter. Very very slow for the food we waited ages for our meal. Restaurant was dirty and tables not clean so we took our meal and ate in the car. Toilets also werent great either.

Ordered wings and chips. VERY salty chips (see photo). They ran out of large coleslaw. Also felt like I was rushed at the drive through mic/speaker to 'order quickly and move on'. Wasn't the best experience. Although, the wicked wings were good.

It has been a while since I last had KFC, and I found the burger to be quite dry, but the fried chicken was okay. Parking nearby was convenient, and they had self-service ordering machines. The restaurant environment was also very clean.

Ordered eight pieces of wing for takeaway and got 7 pieces only. Should've opened the box to check. What a lousy service. I was pretty much the only customer in the shop and the chicken were already in the warmer. All she did was to take the chicken out and put them in the box. It only took under three minutes from the time I ordered and got my order so its not like they were busy with customers yet she couldn't bother to check she got the numbers right.

Really terrible service and probably the worst Kfc I have eaten.They close at 10pm but doors were locked at 9:20. We were let in by a cleaner but told we can't dine in because they have already cleaned the seating area. Many more customers were shown away and refused entry. Then we also received a wrong meal which luckily we realized and went back for. At least they were very quick in replacing that.
