We had a team building for our salon, we were 5 girls who absolutely enjoyed our time at BarreOne Studio. We received a warm welcome, a lovely chilled workout and afterwards enjoyed a lovely healthy platter. I can highly recommend Chrissie. Thank you for spoiling us. Plumes

Chrissy was an awesome personal trainer!! She is very professional, and really knowledgeable and very nice.Every one of her sessions was very challenging and super fun. I really enjoyed working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a PT at home :)

Chrissy sent me a personalized workout plan that I had a go at trying at the gym the other week and oh my, it was a killer!! Chrissy is someone who knows her stuff and by getting advise and new ideas from someone with such knowledge, has helped me a lot in the gym. I would definitely recommend Chrissy to beginners and experts of all levels. Thanks for your help! :)

Have been a part of Barreonesince it opened, I can’t recommend it enough. Great community of women.I use to be worried going alone but Chrissy makes sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. She is an amazing coach. Always leave feeling accomplished too.

I was looking for an enjoyable way to get fit as I had lost enthusiasm for the gym. My daughter suggested barreone and I love it. Great mix of Toning and strength classes. Fantastic team who encourages you make it fun.Best place ever.

Have absolutely loved my fitness journey with Chrissy at BarreOne! I have done PT sessions and bootcamps. They are balanced and challenging, easily adapted by Chrissy to suit you and have pushed me back into my fitness journey! Absolutely love it and can't wait for more in 2021!

BarreOne is amazing! Chrissy is a fantastic instructor, super knowledgable and kind. She makes you feel so comfortable in her classes. Plus the barre workouts burn. Love it and will be returning!
