Very rude customer service young guy today basically couldn't be bothered helping change my details over to new phone, I have always taken phones to Vodafone and has been no problem.A simple yes or no would have been better then questioned on if I purchased through them and then where I purchased my phone from and basically sighed when I said where. Not impressed

Brought new phone only to have to return it the next day due to staff that don't know what they are selling. Was even told they don't sell glass protection screens for my phone only to look at the shelf and see a load hanging there. Rubbish customer service guys

Very poor customer service and dishonest staff. The lady from One Nz who served me very much lied about plan options and I’m stuck in a contract i can’t get out of. Extra costs became present to the plan although they were not mentioned in the start even when I’ve asked. Prices were not as it seems and were advertised incorrectly.

Agree they never answer the phone!! I went in a week ago to change my grandfathers phone (he’s 87) as his phone was extremely old they gave me a mobiphone for him and it doesn’t even work!! Both people I spoke to at the beginning of the week said they sorted it but they haven’t at all! And now still not answering the phone so I can sort this for him. Extremely annoyed!

Great team - Fantastic Service- pity that they are so under staffed - always queues - but we queue because we know the service is worth it. Would go to this store over calling customer service every time!!

Had good service from a helpful assistance until manager walked full of tats saying nothing they can do. Not our problem.Vodafone send continuous texts several per minute saying out of credit. Keep in mind it’s a unlimited plan.
