Came for a new tyre at busy hour but Chez responded to me straight away despite being busy already and the team just dropped the task they’re doing and replaced the tyre for me in less than 15 mins. Very appreciate for their excellent service!

From the very first phonecall with Lewis to book in my premium service to the video of my car and what it needed for repairs, through to the repair work done. All my questions were answered and there was transparency throughout the process. This has been one of the best mechanical experiences I have had since owning my first car in 1991.

Would make it 10 starts if possible. A massive shout out to the team who fixed my mum’s flat tyre 20 mins before closing time before a long weekend. Hugely appreciated, and a great bunch to deal with. Very happy. Will definitely be back as a permanent customer!

Had a tyre replaced and was good. The free tyre rotation was good as well.However when I booked and came in for the 2nd free tyre rotation (i booked this weeks before), parking lot and garage was full, 2 cars parked in the middle of the parking lot. I did not bother to go in as I do not want to block the driveway so i just went my way.Consider this when booking your jobs/services that they may overbook" themselves."

Excellent service. I rung about fixing a flat tire and they said to pop in. They fixed it there and then as said it wouldn't take long. Nice friendly guys.
