My friends and I came to nando's in Rotorua and we were very please with the food and the atmosphere was amazing. Although we would like for the food to come out at the same time, the service was still nice and kind.

Food is always a hit at Nandos in Rotorua. Just needs some dimmer lighting and some decent music to make the atmosphere a bit better.

How grilled chicken should be!"Peri-peri is a chain restaurant that offers great grilled chicken cooked according to your desired spicy level.What really sells it for me is their attention to the quality of their food. They marinate their chicken for atleast 24 hours before grilling and they cook it just right

If I could rate higher I would. Absolutely wonderful visit to Rotorua branch today, the 2 staff members were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection and so tasty and succulent. Could not have asked for a better experience and feel their hospitality exemplary to all in the industry. Way to go Nandos Rotorua team. Thank you, ngā mihi nui mō te manaakitanga.

This was a really nice place to come for our tea. I had a vegetarian burger and chips and it was very tasty. The atmosphere was fun and colourful with great art and so it was a really nice experience. They had plenty of food options to choose from, lots of drinks and everything seemed clean.

Chicken breast portions is way to big size. It doesn't get marinated well. Outside chicken covering has good taste inside it blunt. No taste at all. Sometime chicken is undercooked.Staffing is always low. But they try their best to serve customers.

I've been protesting outside a few Nando's lately because I am disappointed about their lack of progress on chicken welfare. Their branding and online presence seems to suggest they care about chicken welfare, and yet they don't even support the Better Chicken Commitment. What's with that?
