Zero customer service and left a VM for Olivia manager" for a signup and questions and still no response. I guess that's why they are a "hidden gem" as other reviews have advised because they don't answer their phones/email. Don't waste your time."

WORST GYM EVER. No customer service, billing system absurd and overall the incompetence i've experienced in a few short months is pathetic. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear.
