I was in on Saturday morning as per usual. The old woman that work there are exceptionally rude in particular Sharlene who should not be working in customer service at all and speaks to people in a disgusting manner. They are consistently running down the job, customers and other staff for all to hear. Perhaps they would be more happy in another job. If it was not the last place to get fuel and a decent coffee before leaving Christchurch I would go someplace else.

I arrived late after driving through the Lewis pass. . A good hour from my destination . My oil light had come on just before the garage . This was a first for me. I am far from familiar with anything under the bonnet . I went in and asked the young man serving what would be best. In a very confident and friendly response directed me to the printed directions by the oil shelf . Helping with reading out my number plate while I texted the number . Incredible technology returned by text message the best oil for this car .I asked him if he knew where the oil would need to go and was it obvious, (showing I was rather out of my depth) . Very politely he went and asked a colleague. Who was equally helpful . His colleague very politely said he would come and help . Both young men are a credit to your station . I am most thankful for the xtra help and respectful way they both represented BP.I will no doubt mention this helpful experience to my friends and family . I definitely will return when passing through again .

Wow grumpy counter person 6am and coffee or something else being that she burned the coffee and the milk had to be the worst coffee I've had other than one in all my travels of NZ and Australia really barista work is an art not a skill just anyone has learn to make coffee ffs it's important I threw it away on way out door a complete waste of $6 almost like thievery

I asked for coconut milk and got standard milk. They need read clear instructions when there are allergies. Not the first time either

A few months ago I had a terrible experience with a middle aged female assistant that wears her hair in a pony tail.She was unnecessarily rude when she didn’t hear me thanking her - yelling “You’re Welcome” in a rude and aggressive manner. When I told her I thanked her she continued to be rude and sarcastic. She shouldn’t be in front line customer service if she gets this nasty and irate if she can’t hear customers thanking her. Haven’t been back since.

Busy but fairly fast. Lots of pumps so easy to get in and out using BPme app

Great place to gas up and grab a coffee for that early morning travel

I went in 7:08 this morning. I went up to the front as usual, one Blonde lady looks 40s-50s on the coffee machine yelled at me in a really rude manner to move down to the other till in the cafe, the other one I believe her name is amy. i usually love bp staff but today i left in tears, i do not appreciate being yelled at in such a rude manner. I understand there were only 2 people, i have had to do that too and never have i ever been as rude to my customers as those ladies were to me. If you’re going to be rude leave and give you’re job to someone who will appreciate it and gives GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely disgusting what I went through this morning. Really poor attitude ladies. I understand it’s stressful having 2 staff but that’s not an acceptable reason to be rude to you’re customers.
