Great experience! Very well trained staff and the store was tidy/organised making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for.

I have 4 cats and went to get some flea and worm treatments for them. The staff member went out of her way to search for the cheapest and most effective way to treat my animals. Which was most appreciated.

Prices are an absolute outrage. Particularly price hikes which the staff member acknowledged and said was inflation. We are looking at another options. Be aware their prices are overpriced, imho. Staff are friendly and the product selection is good, prices - not so much.

Friendly staff and the only ever time they did not have my cat's dry food they rang Manukau branch to hold their only bag for me. Really reliable and good discount. Handy location near Takaanini Countdown.

I am beyond upset with what has been done to my dog. Here I have a before photo of his eye and 2 after photos (before and after grooming). On arrival at animates groomers I had a nervous but healthy dog no redness in his eyes just a healthy dog. First off the groomer was very rude and treated us like ignorant dog owners. we've had my baby for 9 years and he's never had health issues till now. I rung them as soon as I got home and noticed his eye and the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me he'd had the eye issue since before the grooming. if that was true why wasn't I informed? and besides that why would she lie the woman barely even knew who I was or what dog I was talking about! I heard her call to another groomer asking if she knew my dog!!!! do not come here.

Very professional when I took my highly strung dog to get her nails clipped. Gave excellent service and advice and gave my dog lots of cuddles and treats and made her feel like the princess she really is

It's a great place to buy fishes nd pets, dogs and mice! They have beautiful fishes! The price is high though!

Sad to see there are no more animals on display except for fish. They seem to have everything else that your pet needs and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would be great if they could bring back the animals.

Staff here are always friendly and efficient. Makes my weekly shop easier and enjoyable.
