I have waxing my bikini & under arm recently . I was not satisfied at all. When she finished her job I still could see a lot of hair :( I told her and she came and did it again . However when I got back home I found hair every where . It was so disappointing experience for that amount of money that I spent . I would not back to them .

Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped in and Lucy was absolutely lovely. I was super nervous and twitchy when getting my lashes lifted and she had endless patience and made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend Beauty Refinery and their team enough. Thank you so much for your kindness and absolute skill today. Can't wait to come back again soon!

Ladies, spending over $100 is a lot of money. In fancy places like this my experience & humble feedback, there's no face massage or facial. It's putting cleanser, taking it off & exfoliating & taking it off and applying some scream & massaging the face for only 7 minutes then applying a face mask & taking it off & applying serum & 60 minutes done. This does nothing to your skin. That is something you could it at home. A good quality facial is where a skin carer will massage your face for at least 15 to 20 minutes. That circulates blood & recharges your facial muscles. All I felt was my face was used for applying all serums & creams. A lot of chemicals go into your skin instead of any face massage. I wasted $145 for nothing. My face still looked tired & sticky. I have had amazing and quality facials at Barclay and Aroma at Durham unfortunately they were busy and hence chose beauty refinery. Please don't be offended with my feedback , it is just how I felt and experience. and please do not take the feedback personally. IN my humbles opinion Barclay and Aroma are best when it comes down to quality facials unless you are getting botox and all the technical stuff done.

Fabulous 60 minute massage. Lucy is friendly, clear and asks all the right questions. Her technique was spot on for me. She worked out some major tension in my back and shoulders, leaving me feeling recharged and lighter. The space is also a welcome, quiet respite from the craziness of Queen Street! High recommended. Thank you Lucy ❤️

Highly recommend going to Phoebe!! She did my eyebrows (shape & color) and this is the best they’ve ever looked! I’ve gotten my brows done at various salons over the years but this is by FAR the best. Thank you Phoebe!
