Took my 1 Year old son to go have his ears cleaned as he was itching his ear alot. Its was $75 dollars to do a small clean. Come to the end of it was just the crust around inside the inside of his ear she put a little oil in. I should have asked more questions before going. Note to self.

Rita was very professional and caring. She communicated what she was going to do before doing it and always made sure i was comfortable. Its very difficult to find practises these days that make you feel well informed even though the consultation was 15mins. I appreciated the time and effort Rita!! I will definitely visit again next time I'm back in the country!!!

Leigh at The Ear Clinic, Henderson, has gone above and beyond for me both times I have used her professional services. Last year, while working on me, she noticed an unrelated issue with one of my ears. She referred me to an amazing audiologist who worked, over a period of months, with my doctor and myself, to get the issue sorted. Today, a year later, she picked up another issue I was having with my ears unrelated to the reason for my appointment, recommending that I see my doctor for treatment. Leigh is not only a very skilled and knowledgeable professional, but she cares about people and offers a service second to none. Thank you, Leigh.

I am a regular patient at The Ear clinic. The clinic is conveniently located and easy to park. Leigh is super friendly and gentle and i have always had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and suggests strategies for ear care. I also love their online booking system it's so easy to see what appointments are available.

I have called to book my 2 year son in and the lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked her what the process was so I can prep my child and she said “I don’t know it’s hard to explain” and when I asked if someone who knew could call me and explain, she hung up on me. Pretty upsetting in someone’s time of need with a sick child you get treated like that. Maybe the ear clinic need to rethink who represents them
