Fraser John Studio

Fraser, the owner of the business (which is no longer in Ponsonby, nor is Charmaine working for him) is, in my opinion one of the most talented hairdressers in New Zealand. I've been seeing him for years and have always been 100% happy with my colour, cut and style. His colouring skills are fabulous- I always get positive comments on my gorgeous luscious locks and it's all thanks to him! :)...and trust me- I'm a fussy tart!The other review about Charmaine was likely from a Grab One" deal who she trialled for a while. I have had the worst experience with Charmaine pitman. If she is your ‘’Master Stylist’’ for your business, then I don’t see many returning customers. She mixed up our appointment and didn’t write me in. I booked this 2 weeks in advanced as she said that was the only time she could do.I had arranged a babysitter to look after my child and was on time. She didn’t book me in but the worst thing is, instead of apologising to me for her mistake, she was rude and spoke to me like I had done something wrong. She shouted at me and said that I should know the address of where I’m going before I go! I told her that was the address that is on google maps. She said if I’m going to be late, then she’ll have to reschedule me and talk to me like I was at fault. I was NOT late and for someone who was at fault she sure has a funny way of speaking. She is completely rude! She is completely unprofessional and is tainting your supposably good reputation.
