TLDR: Great shop but always check the price before leaving the store.Love CJ. Probably the biggest Asian supermarket in town. Inside is quite spacious so it's easy to move around and find stuffs. Handy location with 30 minute parking at the back of the shop. They have specials every now and then. The only problem is, they often did not update the special price on the system. So you may be charged the old (and higher) price. This has happened to me 3 times. And I happened to notice while at the cashier so no problem (the price was corrected). But remember to always pay attention to the price charged vs the price on the label.

Really enjoy this place. Often go in for spices and chilli's (best value for money in town), and leave with a mix of sauces, ingredients and snacks. Not great on my wallet for good reasons.Really friendly staff and overall a very pleasant experience shopping here.

It's my favorite Asian supermarket in Dunedin. There are a variety of products, reasonable prices, and almost all products in Korea and Japan, so I go more than twice a week. I recommend it!
