Was looking to buy a nice affordable guitar for my travels and I got just what I was looking for with the fantastic help from Grant who was perhaps the friendliest man I have ever met and such a gentleman. Strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for a musical instrument.

I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the team here through many visits for my go-to items and I can say they are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable music professionals I’ve ever met. I’ve been frequenting music stores all over the world since I was a kid and I’ve never felt such sincere and dedicated customer service. Grant and his mother are incredibly kind, caring and attentive and their selection of products is top-notch. Highly, highly recommend.

Great service! Went in to buy my son's first guitar and they made sure it was the right fit and explained about the strings etc.. for novice Dad. Will definitely be back when time for an upgrade :)

Great shop. Super nice people.Got a metal string guitar for $99. He even gave us $10 off when we got a new capo because the first one didn't fit.
