Te AWA

Strands for Bags in Te Awa was the place to go. My wallet was falling apart and the local shop in Cambridge had closed so had to go hunting. Strands had a great choice and I found exactly what I wanted at a good price.

No such things as I'll just pop in to...." Spend 10-15 mins getting to the area you need to get to. Drop-off the person doing the purchasing then spend 10minutes cruising for a park

Stores have so much variety on offer, great bargains can be found. Weather protection from this crazy weather, easy access for push chairs etc

Great place, close home. Enough parking and lots of shops. If you don't want a lot of people, be there early.

Awesome place, plenty of shops,it is like a village inside a castle.. pretty cool,most shops do after pay..they have various eatery's available.

Great big mall, the food court has a wide range of selection. The parents room is spot on. With my 4 month old, I found the parents room Great, plenty of space, privacy and amenities.

It is a very modern mall with unique design, the chairs at the rest area are very pretty and comfortable, even the toilet has stunning wall paper. Just so beatiful!!! Te AWA shopping mall is at one side and the business centre with lots of well-know brands are on the other side of the main car park. It is an all-in one shopping mall with food court, cafes, bars, almost all fashion brands shops, vege and groceries store named New Save hs good price, too. Countdown and Kmart are both there. Best place going shopping in Hamilton and even for people in Auckland. If take Te Huia Train from Auckland to Te AWA, you get off the train from Rotokauri and the mall is just around the corner.

I really liked it there. Good range of shops, nice food court and restaurants outside. Lovely and warm on winters day.
