Phenomenal staff, highly knowledgeable and their work exceeded my expectations. They took the time to understand my business and to get to know my staff. Would definitely recommend.

Their staff are very reasonable to deal with and I believe that most people would have a highly enjoyable experience.However, my experience does not make up for receiving poor advice and being overcharged for receiving it.Throughout the process dealing with them there was constantly using double standard where they belittled existing contracts in favour of using their own IP that had a greater number of problems than the original document they would proof.They used points in their review process like use HumanKind wording here" where they were refering to points from the IRDs contract builder. Their review processes was an expensive inadequate sales pitch for you to have them write you a new contract.They would do things like not reply to emails and instead call up so they couldn't be held liable to the agreements that they said in a verbal capacity.The most difficult thing to wrap my head around was how they removed key employment restraints in favour of their IP which did not protect me.Their agreement also including notable mentions such as the fact that it doesn't work with the employees I have in the fact that the agreement will be superseded by New Zealand employment law and have parts become void and other parts which were not required to be in it in the first place become pain points for the business because of lack of specificity.The only reason I completed business with them was due to the fact that they were a provider for the COVID business support package. Which was an entirely government subsidised support package for businesses to improve/check their policies.There is not one part of me that would wish this experience onto another business owner. It might not bite you immediately
