Very happy with this groomer. He got excellent knowledge high quality equipment and very professional. My dogs love to go there. So nice and calm. Beautiful service. Dom is really cool guy and always listens to our preferences for our pup! Not only this, but he’s a fantastic groomer who takes pride and detail in his work! I’d definitely recommend and I can’t wait to take my wee girl back! Also smelled amazing! P.S - my dog is quite anxious so I was originally worried but with dom’s care and handling, she was really settled during and after :) thanks dom!

My bichon/shi tzu cross has been groomed and washed at Powderpuff since he was a puppy and I have always been extremely pleased with the results. Bradley is happy to go to Dominic each month and they take great care of him.

Incompetent groomer and a liar.Paid for full groom. I went to incorrect address and phoned him. Was fine with me being 10 min late.Picked up my dog. When I got home discovered he hadn't been washed. His ears weren't brushed out. Only some of his nails were clipped. Specifically asked him to leave moustach and he shaved it off. The entire experience was appalling.Lied about why dog wasn't washed.Found a Heap of reviews just like mine when I googled them after this awful experience.
