Carpet Court Paraparaumu

This is belated review of the service that we received from their sales person G.I. G came to the property to measure the size. When the work was done, I found out that the kitchen floor was not changed. Can you imagine that you expect everything would be nicely done and find out one part of the floor was left with the old one? OMG...I thought. I contacted G. He did not get back to me at once, he never apologised for his mistake.The quote that I assumed all was included was wrong. Kitchen floor was NOT included! I couldn't believe it. So, I asked him to send me a quote for doing the kitchen area, but the price was ridiculously high. We did not use their service anymore.Lesson learnt, check the quote always item by item and do not assume that they would do the job properly as you agreed at consultation stage and you saw him measuring the floors. I wonder how often this kind of thing happens in the building/interior industry. You trust that they would do the job properly and then it turns out that they left some bits not done. In order to fix one bit, it would cost a lot more, but you have to do but no other choice. That would be a nightmare.

Great service. Looked at a few providers for pricing and each were fairly consistent. However, Carpet Court were good enough to meet in the middle with us and our budget so we chose them. We also felt we were in safe hands and the staff were committed to ensuring the job was done to an incredibly high standard. They even managed to squeeze us in just before Xmas which was major for us. Rhino carpet is fantastic - clean and soft under foot. The vinyl flooring we went for in the lounge, bathroom and kitchen has revitalised our old house. We were also very impressed with them finding us a solution as we have about a 3 inch difference from kitchen to lounge in terms of height. They fashioned a custom piece of timber to bridge the two levels. Richard the general manager was on site before during and after to ensure we were happy. Really impressed and highly recommend for anyone looking at getting their flooring done.

Only really went to pick up my daughter who works there. However, while waiting, was very impressed by the way she and her colleague handled customers, especially as it was well past closing time. I doubt that I would have been so patient. However,I would never go into a store 5 minutes before closing for something which will obviously take a considerable longer time than that. I do try to remember that sales assistants have lives as well.

We had carpet installed in our garage. The pricing was competitive with others but I just liked the person who came round to give a quote. He was pragmatic and didn't talk about the competition in a disparaging way. Just quietly self-confident in the brand he represented. I believe that the installation is done by subcontractors but the quality of the installation was excellent. The installers pointed out a couple things to make it look better long term - and they were right - cost me a bit more but it was worth it. I dealt with a couple guys in the shop - both highly professional. One was a bit reserved and the other more expressive. That's okay. Overall an excellent experience and I'm very happy with the completed work.

We recently installed garage carpet and we are so happy with the result! Lance was super quick to provide a free measure and quote and he gave us a great price. Krissi was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Friendly communication and they went out of their way to ensure an install day that suited us. Installers were lovely, friendly and very particular with the installation. Happy customers!
