Auckland Adventure Jet

We recently travelled to Auckland and decided to go on the Adventure Jet after it was highly recommended to us. Nathan (our captain) did a great job entertaining all onboard. These guys were so good to fit us in at short notice with no booking. We also loved that Nathan even conducted a tour and showed us many local places while we were out on the harbour. If you are visiting Auckland, make sure you don't miss out on this adrenaline-fueled tour

Booked through Bookme weeks in advance for a Saturday on a long weekend but got cancelled a few hours before the trip. They said all trips have been cancelled that day due to a mechanical fault. Just happened to drive past the marina anyways that day and saw their red jet boat taking a full boat of passengers out to sea... From the other reviews it looks like that they overbook and give the same excuse, while in fact they are just prioritize others first. Shady business, would not recommend unless you want your day ruined.

Oh my goodness! SO MUCH FUN! Such an awesome experience, and Nate our skipper was brilliant. 50 knots, plenty of 360 spins, jumps over the wake of other boats, and loads of twists and turns. We got massively wet, so ticks all the boxes. Our kids loved it and wanted to go out again straight after. Thanks for a great ride.

THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Surprised my hubby and son with this ride and they had an absolute blast! They were soaking wet by the end of it and had nothing but good feedback from them and they’ll love to come back! Great way to spend an hour on the water - it was a blast! Be prepared to get soaked. And be aware that they do have to cancel, due to things like weather, so check your phone/email.

- Correction - 0 star rating- Cancelled 3x- I was never contacted after THEY cancelled - you have to contact them.- Last minute cancellations - on the morning of the Auckland Marathon! That should've been foreseen at least in that week. Nope.- Although the voucher expiration date was extended, i was then told they want a clean slate" for the new year.- Didn't offer any available dates to re-book in December when it expired at the end of Dec. I asked for dates ...waited a few days - nothing - so have asked for a refund.- Email communication - frustrating. Instead of 1 email you are sent several emails asking one painful question at a time - What is your booking reference? How many people? What date did you book for?- This has been a year in the making. My last email said it's under new management now so I am currently chasing the refund.Moral of the story - hit and miss. Dont ever book. I would just turn up and take your chances. I might start a facebook page of dumb emails and last minute cancellations so we can all share in our pain...seems to be a common theme."

Our whānau went out on Matariki Day and boy were we glad we did! Was abit hesitant at first, being winter and the waves were a bit choppy, but that just added to the sea adventure! Our captain was awesome (sorry I didn't catch your name) and shared some fascinating history about some areas we came within sight of. We sat up the back, so got soaked the most, but our Mr 9years absolutely loved that part. We'll be booking again in summer!

Had a wonderful time here today. We even got lost and arrived very late and Emma and Nate were very accommodating I was so pleased. The experience was incredible and the weather was flawless for it. Nate the Skipper of the day was so engaging and knew how to excite a crowd. I was lucky to get this as a bookme voucher but I would certainly go again for full price with more people.

Want to go on an adventure ride and feel the thrill? Then is a one ride you have to take! I thoroughly enjoyed the jet boat specially the 180 degree turn that the driver used to make! He would signal with his hand by rotating it and we would scream 1...2...3.. spin!!! lol I felt like a kid on this boat. Highly recommend boat ride!
