Basic, clean, fantastic location, powered sites available. Dogs welcome (on leads at all times). Happily recommend taking the time to walk the area. Camp owner chilled, and I have to comment that this place reminds me of the best experiences I had as a kid camping...we would love to stay longer next time. Some interesting walks just down from the camp where our mutt could run some energy off.

I stayed here for New Years Eve with a couple of mates, there are beautiful hills surrounding the campsite and there's a great pub up the road, that serves good cider, Pies, Burgers and Veg Tagines!The campsite allows well behaved dogs. The campsite owner was a really cool guy too, must stop and have chat with him if you go!Also, there are miniature ponies up the road by the campsite!

Superb - a real country NZ set up, great facilities, friendly staff & lots of cool animals running about. I'll definitely stay again.
