Warehouse Stationery Petone

Kia ora team,I just want to give a huge shout out to the lovely retail assistant managing the Wearhouse Stationary counter. I've been twice to this store and both times each team member not only has great service, but is very knowledgeable with printing. Printing is a very technical job and with my crazy design each sales assistant instantly knows how to execute the printing.The sale assistant that served me was a female sales assistant that clearly knew what she was doing as well as communicated the waiting time, as there were customers lining up. At this point, I didn't mind waiting or coming back the next day so I left and came back within the hour and they were done! :)The printing was done so well I returned within the next hour and half to get more done. Again, the lovely sales assistant was quick and done this with out a fuss, customer service makes a huge difference but also customers being patient just makes life easier. Well done to her :)

My experience was today was horrible. I only asked why my print didn’t work, two guys don’t know and the lady who knows was grumpy. She put her face closer to your face, I guess she is telling you, she is tired. Petone not a good place to go. One thing, this lady in Petone was happy chatting to a new customer, I was thinking will she entertain only if she likes the faces?But Stationary Lower Hutt, they are very helpful, fast and clever. It’s the best place for printing.

Went in to print some photos - machine was great and easy to use. Went to take my receipt to the desk to pay for them. Was only one staff member at the desk. There were the same 4 people waiting for 25 minutes just to pay for pictures. The staff person there did not say anything to anyone at all, not a smile, or sorry for your wait. Nobody had any idea what was going on. EVENTUALLY, we saw another customer paying for her photos at the main desk instead of the photo desk. Would have appreciated it if the woman at the photo desk area could have stopped what she was doing for 20 seconds and say we could pay at the main desk instead of looking at us all and saying nothing. Not satisfied.Photos turned out great though so at least there’s that.

Went in the red warehouse where the warehouse stationery has been shifted recently. Asked for printouts, the girl takes my pen drive and plugs it in. Just as she is about to print it, another employee comes and asks her to take the job on another computer. The other employee should have waited since I was in line about to get my job done. This is not the first instance of unprofessionalism. I have been there before to get my passport photos done and they were so bad the embassy rejected them.Please train your employees before you let them out like that.

Thought it maybe complicated to print out a document, but it was ready by the time I paid! Fab service, very helpful staff.

Copy centre staff don’t know how to use the equipment. Can’t cut a ream because “there’s no one here today who knows how to do that”. Last time it was “I don’t know how to make the printer print in booklet form”.

Update your online store hours if you are closing early, I drove all the way here from taita to find this sign. Not good enough.

Extremely frustrating experience every time.Despite being smiley, the staff are few and untrained in their printing & scanning services, there is always 15+min wait time and the internet is very slow if you're emailing printing to them.Note to self and others - next time bring what you want printed on a USB to save time!!

Went into the warehouse stationery part of The Warehouse in Petone recently. Wanted just ONE photo printed. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they had run out of paper. Had to wait another 15 minutes, during which time I left and went to do some shopping elsewhere. On my return they couldn't find my ONE printed photo, finally discovering it after three searches. Forty-five minutes in total for ONE photo??!! And no apology. Thank god I didn't have ten photos otherwise I'd have been there all day. Need to lift your customer service and staff training.
