We used Embroidme Auckland CBD to order and provide the specially designed Polo shirts for the 150th Anniversary of the raising of D Battery, Wellington Artillery volunteers which was the for runner to the history of Artillery units in Wellington. The celebrations were held in Wgtn in July 2017 also a reunion of the last Wellington based Artillery unit 22D Battery RNZA which was disestablished in 2003. Roger and the team did a great job and all garments were ready on time and delivered to Wellington. They even managed to obtain a size 7XL for one of the larger attendees. I was looking all over town for this kind of service, little did I know there was one four minutes away from my apartment. There is a lot of construction going on around the place , unfortunately, so it can be hard to spot.I wanted to send my mother a personalized gift and wanted a reliable place and Sam was the employee that helped me out. She has 11 years worth of experience so I would say just trust her on this. She was very friendly and confident during my consultation. Even though I was very convinced with the embroidery colors we chose she called me the next day and showed me a couple of samples with different colors. Once I chose the design I wanted, I got my personalized tea towel and apron done in less than 24 hours! I really appreciated the speed and professionalism I’ve experienced and will definitely come back.Pricing wise, I was charged 20$ per piece and a standardized 70$ fee for the (One off Logo Artwork Charge).

I was super keen on getting my hoodie screen printed walked all the way from uni becuase of the good reviews.Unfortunately the stores tech had just left and they dotn do on the spot jobs.All of the above coulda have been conveyed in a very normal non condescending and patronising tone , the teller im assuming maybe owner was very rude in her tone and speech. Such a shame she had to get snarky because I wrongfully used the word embroidery instead of screen printing.Summary : A touch up on customer service is well due X
