We picked up our new car today, Stephen was amazing to deal with and made the process so simple. And the car was 2 weeks early....

Visited the dealership to checkout & test drive a Barina. Ended up buying the 1.4T Holden Cruze & I couldn't be happier. Thank you Karan for the great customer service! Looking forward to future transactions!

Good range of vehicles (new & previously owned). Prompt initial attention and use of courtesy vehicle. Communicating updates on new vehicle progress was lacking but attended to. Otherwise very happy with the purchased vehicle. Sadly, after sales service failed to follow-up email re financial issue. Communications issues? Will do regular servicing elsewhere.

I would stay well clear of this place. We had the worst experience after spending almost $40,000 on a brand new outlander. Brand new vehicle delivered to us with the accessories missing and incorrectly painted blackout which cost us $2000! We sent it back for the accessories and black out to be fixed only for them to deliver it to us with a scratched front bumper, damaged trim, scratched monsoons which were supposedly brand new, oil dripping down the rear tailgate and a roof spoiler that was incorrectly fitted (we found this out 5 months later when it rained) and subsequently leaked water into the car. Suffice it to say that this place didn't deserve $1 of our money. Absolute cowboys. BTW Dhaval was the salesman, he also tried to indemnify the dealership of any wrong doing by making a little video of how we apparently left the vehicle in this state. We did get a small refund for this, as it was clearly their own fault. At the end of the day they are, untrustworthy, and negligent, with little regard for other peoples vehicles. Absolute disgrace. We should of demanded a full refund after the first failed delivery.

Please Improve your service, It's hard to spend that much money on Cars for people like me. After a few years of Interest don't have a thing about what exactly he wants.

I bought brand new Mitsubishi Outlander last month on 24 feb . I am in Taupo now so I came Taupo service centre for 1st month service and they found that West City sold new vehicle without WOF . That is unacceptable. I was driving car without warrant of fitness near a month with risk life of me, my family friends and peoples are on road. I am in shock might be anything happened.
