Wanted to buy a tv, only had shop model availabke ..no discount despite it could have been used for 10 months, made it ckear there was an exact equivalent at same price but completely new in the box 50m away. Just greedy ..salesman friendly but just no ability to act independently.

I happened to walk in and find an HP tablet I was interested in to be on special. So the salesman and I got on well. Later in the day, I found I had chosen an unsuitable docking station with it. NO problem to have it changed, but I have marked the score down from 5 to 4 because of a checkout issue with the refund + new purchase, but the money was slightly in my favour and I did not see the problem until I got home and could read the receipt. But customer service was fine and I got a good tablet for less than usual price.

Ordered a California King (Superking Au) duvet online and on sale to get the extra length for our new King bed. Absolutely bizarre all duvets except this are the same length when all new beds have the really deep mattress’s! However….. excellent service as usual and thoroughly recommend this company if you want quality products that last.

Have brought my items here for 14yrs now Never again will I buy or shop here my vaccum needed to be fixed 3 times and the engine got dust in it somehow and they blamed me for it it was under warranty and didn't want to know. My F&p washing machine had to be fixed 5 times NEVER WILL I shop their ever again
