My experiences with Plumberman have been excellent. Friendly staff with phone contacts, reliable and prompt service and skilled, experienced plumbers who diagnose and fix plumbing issues quickly. The most recent issue was an underground leak on my property that 'Craig' found and repaired in a very short time frame! Huge relief!

Plumber man worked on neighbors property and cut through my Fibre cable did not check with services to outline cable locality then tried not to claim responsibility Keith who did the job most unhelpful as with Tracey in the office Keith still has not cleaned up the .Mess he left which was over a week ago poor outfit don't use them

I'm just so disappointed. I have just received a call from Tracey at the Plumberman office (20 mins before booked time). She has told me that my scheduled plumber is late and if we could rearrange a time. I asked about the If we don’t turn up at the time we promised… We’ll do your plumbing for FREE." offer

These guys are fantastic. Plumberman helped us with our reno project repeatedly over a period of 6 months we could not be happier with the workmanship and overall service provided. Would not use PlumberMan again. The plumber couldn’t find our leak/where water was coming from so said he would talk to others in his office and be in touch about next steps. We never heard back from him until getting the $170 bill 4 weeks later. When I contacted PlumberMan about this, they also did not reply to my email. Really unprofessional and poor service.
