“Hi. I just wanted to write you to let you know it was extremely disheartening to hear you and your male friend bad mouthing a new local business today along with the foul language you were using infront of my 4 year old and 1 year old which was appalling. I was unaware of this new op shop but unlike you I am glad there is another opportunity in Rangiora for low cost shopping.”She then proceeded to block me and tell me I don’t belong in her store.

Quite disgusted by the language and derogatory way Ms Annette and her co-worker were talking about people in her store today while I was shopping, very unprofessional in my opinion, they lost a sale and any future custom
