We purchased a sign from Radikal Neon about 18mths ago and had a small issue with it, no fault of Radikal Neon, instead of replacing the part they gave us a brand new sign, I wasn't expecting this, as most business do the bare minimal once they have your money. Not Radikal Neon, they went above and beyond and if Fair Go still existed they should get the prize for being the most Fair and Generous company. Any would be purchasers can deal with these guys with complete confidence that the service doesn't stop when they have your money.Awesome guys, thanks so much for your generosity with a smile. It was difficult finding a company that would translate my logo into exactly what I wanted and Radikal Neon nailed it. Communication was a little on the slow side, but possibly a busy time of year.
