Lohrey Venetian Blinds 2003
Was told the security door would be up in 2 weeks, paid deposit, then heard nothing for 2months. Went to the work address that was on his business card but no longer working out of premises. Interesting that people next said lots of people were trying to find him due to non work after payment. I managed to find his home ph and rung him, within 5days I had my door up but he still tried to tell me that I owed more than I did. 2 years later and the black security Mesh has started to rust.very unhappy customer, everyone should avoid the man.

Lohrey Venetian Blinds 2003
Paid a lot of money for a security door. Had to get them back twice and still not sorted. The door has dropped on one side and sticks so you have to lift it to open it. I would not recommend this product or the workmanship of the installer. Will be calling another business to repair this door.I'm not a happy customer

Wouldn't recommend this business if you want quality workmanship and after sales service. Paid a deposit took a month with hastling to arrive, once the blinds were installed, they were installed incorrectly with ugly joins and missing screws, not straight. Refused to fix any of the problems that were their fault.

I was really pleased to support a Christchurch business however one screen door has failed to remain intact despite supposed fixing and a promised door handle never arrivedI am really sick of calling and getting no response. I am so disappointed. John Lourey pushed me to pay then disappeared.Appalling treatment of clients who have paid a great deal for security & screen doors.I hope I can soon report this completed.
