The lady whose take blood for exam very rude and unprofessional, she should not be at this place. I just see the way she talks with customers then I left the lab and went to another one at Lincoln road.

Been seeing this place for years and am glad it has reopened in a nearby location. Staff is matter of fact but very experienced and just gets on with her job. Keeps waiting times short. Perfect

The phlebotomist is so quick and thorough painless experience in and out which I love, also lucky for him I have good veins am also a medical worker and know how much this helps :). the lady at the smiles dental reception was very helpful as was my first time at Ranui Lab Tests and felt confused by the set up, Thank you guys for a good experience!! If first time grab card on reception and scan the barcode take a seat hope this helps others.

The guy there is awesome...pain free blood tests for my 3 monthlys ...had to take my grandson for his first ever bloods...he was nervous as..the guy relaxed him first with breathing slowly in and out ....grandson was stoked..no pain and over quickly.

Went in couple times for blood test. Staff is not the “honey , sweetheart how are you ” type. But she is very good with her job. Never felt pain.

Worst experience with the blood tests. My partner went twice in last one month and she was injected multiple times when nurse didn't find the vein. One time, nurse was trying to find a vein without taking out the nidle. Even I found the staff is not friendly. We have been visiting this labtest branch for last one year, but I think it's a time to change the branch

The male staff (asian guy) at the lab test is rude. His attitude showed that he felt annoyed when seeing customers coming to the lab. I came and dropped samples few times this month. On the quiet day, he showed the same attitude.
