The workers at Magan Motors are salt of the earth folk, including the receptionist Wendy. She has a no nonsense approach which does differ to Ang, its just a shame to write a personal attack on someone who doesn't suffer fools lightly. It is unfortunate (Jess Westy), has a lifetime of being pampered and entitled that she A), could not mention her 'complaints' in person and B), Challenges Allan to dismiss her. Wow. Reviews should be for services rendered, not attacks, shame on you jess westy.Been coming here for over 30 years, the only suggestion I have is a coffee machine.. ;)

I'm so sad to share our experience today...we have used Magan for years and the lads working on the cars are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful and they genuinely seem to care...This new office lady Wendy however is the reason for the low review....she was blunt, rude and downright unfriendly with all dealings we've had with her over the past week or so.Including not writing down the reason for booking our car in so the lads new what to fix in advance.Sending us to source and provide the part once they knew.Then being rude when we returned with the part.Wendy may be the new team member but she definitely needs some work in the customer service field...with an attitude like she had today, it's likely to cause regular business to move elsewhere ...We love the work Magan do and wish to come back but hope beyond hope that Wendy has been moved on...!!!

The service is always great. I know I can trust their assessments of my car and what work is needed to be done on it.
