Took some things in to get a quote for repair, asked them to hold on to the printer (a nice one) as it only had a big scratch on the plastic they first tried to tell us they had to keep it then when I went to pick it up they said it was in the skip bin, I got it back and a panel was missing and it didn't turn on or work. They were very unforgiving and didn't get hold of me again.

I bought an Amp through trademe. It was a great product but unfortunately the device was damaged in shipping. Edwin was great to deal with. He provided a satisfactory remedy in very quick time. Actually repaired my Blu ray player by replacing faulty diodes on the power board of the device. Makes a changes from the usual replace the board if you can get it or bin.definitely recommend for appliance repairs
