These guys did my window screen was in for a all day appointment and i got a pH call 2 hours later to say it was done. Very fast and efficient and great friendly staff. Was also the cheapest place to get my window fixed. Thanks heaps guys will use u in future if needed

Had my booking rescheduled 3x times and pushed back to 4 weeks after my original booking. Got a text from them to say they had rescheduled everytime the excuse was technicians have called in sick then made another booking was cancelled 20min before the appointment then they rescheduled again for yet another week bedore it would ne fixed, rang them and quit frankly was Assertive with them and said it wasnt good enough already had to wait 7 weeks for the original appointment then it has been reschedule multiple times. I understand they are severally under staffed, my appointment was prepaid for on the day i made the booking 10weeks ago when I made the appointment. They have finally fixed it and the staff were run off there feet. I'm not one to make bad reviews but you need to work out a better booking system weather you stop taking bookings until your back log is fixed or try and hire more staff

Easily organized the time and insurance through the website. No one was in reception when I dropped car off, but I pressed the buzzer and someone quickly came (Unlike the tyre shop around the corner where I wanted to buy some tyres but left after waiting for 5 mins for someone to come into reception). They text me when the vehicle was ready and while collecting keys, a worker walking past gave me a friendly hello. Overall great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy to book, and great service once we dropped the car off. Kept us informed of progress, and rung when ready to pick up. There is an option to replace your wipers if you wish too.

Got a text from them to say they had rescheduled my appointment a third time because the glass needed had disappeared and they needed to order more. The date didn't work for me so I called and they told me they would call me straight back. Never heard from them (Ngawati was the person on the phone). Really frustrated, no answers and my window is still broken.
