GO Rentals - Dunedin Airport

Have used Go Rentals multiple times, each time the vehicle is clean and tidy.Pick up and drop off is easy.Staff are always friendly and courteous.Will use again next trip down south.Branch was Dunedin Airport.

Super quick and efficient. Booked via the Airport Rentals app then downloaded the Go Rentals ap so I could manage the booking. Was able to enter my details early so pick up was just a matter of rocking up to the counter and showing my drivers licence as proof of ID to the lovely person at the counter. In and out within a few minutes. The car was really clean and perfect for what I needed. I was able to quickly connect my phone to the bluetooth to hear my tunes and easily remove my device at the end of the booking. It's an onsite pick up too so no need to get a shuttle, just walk out of the airport, turn to the left and walk about 50 meters to the rental offices and the cars are another 50 meters or less away.

Great place to rent a vehicle. My only complaint is not with GO Rentals but rather the gas station just outside the airport. I planned to refill the tank there but that day it was unmanned and the card reader was malfunctioning. Sad to say, I had to return the vehicle without refilling with petrol. DO NOT RELY ON THAT PETROL STATION just outside of the Dunedin airport. Refill somewher else!

Best price available. Very helpful staff. When my flight got delayed they promptly contacted me and made arrangements to collect the vehicle after hours. Will definitely use Go Rentals Dunedin again.

We loved our rental car. It was economical and comfortable for long distances. We ended up on some metal roads due to google but our trusty rental managed no problem. I would recommend Go Rentals to others and would use them again.

Recently booked a vehicle for a work trip to Dunedin - easy booking system and the staff were really helpful when I needed to change the dates of the trip. The lady at the counter in Dunedin was SO lovely, collection and the drop-off was straightforward, and the car was very clean and in good condition. All around a good experience - thank you! :)

Great experience with Go rentals, from booking vehicle to returning it at the end of trip. Vehicle was in great condition. Clear communication for pick up n drop off. Fair and competitive pricing

All paper work done in advance so all I had to do was go in and pick up the keys, which was awesome!! When I returned the car, a staff member came out to greet me in the carpark and take the keys, which was really appreciated! Great service and very good price - would definitely use again!

Changed my plans twice and GO rentals were fantastic. Friendly staff with easy pick up and drop off. Competitively priced. Drove a Ford Everest (7 seater) carrying 5 adults to Queenstown and back on a tank of diesel, value for money travelling and wicked site seeing. The vehicle was great for what I needed and didn't disappoint.
