These people stole my money. I asked for a refund or to pick my food up later. They we're rude and absolutely unhelpful / just plain rude telling me I was wrong and even yelling at me ask I tried to sort this . It then took a week for the owner to contact me . Would not listen or try too understand the issue just told me to call head office. Which you can't so not only that they would not rectify the problem they also can me false information to pursue this further . Not even a one star the service is that poor at this branch.

Visited again today & had a chicken&falafel salad which was v tasty.I do think you should fill the bowl up though! Opened it when I got home & it was 3/4 full.

Probably the freshest fast food in Botany Hub - fresh, tasty, quick assembly. Overall a good deal for lunches or light meals.Service could do with another person in busy times, but on the whole they do pretty well. Closes annoyingly early though.

I came here today 13th November around 10:50, Asian lady with short hair served me. She was incredibly rude and was putting the tinest portions of salad and cheese in my pita. I asked if I could have some more cheese and she gave me a glare and put the tinest amount on again. I saw her put the bacon and chicken on quickly and into my pita which she toasted for only 15seconds. When I came home to eat my pita I noticed the chicken wasn’t even cooked, being pregnant I had to throw my pita away. So disappointed I’m a regular here and love this place but this staff member treatment and cooking was unacceptable.
