STIHL SHOP Mt Albert

Do not recommend for eBike servicing! Took my Pedego in here and asked for a couple of specific things to be done, checking the computer and replacing the rear light in the battery as well as checking the brakes. Was told it would be a day or two. Heard nothing from them, popped into the shop 3 days later and hadn't started work on my bike. Mentioned to staff member I also required my seat height reduced if possible. Call a week later asking for an update, they say should be done tomorrow". Got a text a couple of hours later saying it was ready to be collected. The guy had oiled the gears and the brakes

nice, no-nonsense guys, know their stuff.I have taken numerous bikes, mowers and chainsaws here and I have always received excellent service for a good price in a reasonable timeframe.When I have bought new gear here, it has been of high quality at a lower price than most other stores.Granted, the store is a bit cluttered, but I think the guys here are just a bit busy working.

wasn't happy as only needed a bulb for primer replaced .Told them not to worry about any other issues but they went ahead and drained the oil.was quoted between $20 &$30 but ended up costing me $45.80wasn't happy as I'm on old age pension with nomale to help.thought that was over the top since the thing only costs $5.00 to replace.probably go smwhere cheaper nexttime.heard they were a rip off but it's near me and had to push it to get there as no car

Took my Stihl weed eater to these guys and it took 9 weeks to fix a broken rip cord. When I stated that I wasn't happy paying full price (which was overpriced anyway) because of how long it took I was told don't be a bleeter" about three times. Very poor customer service and even poorer work efficiency

Super unhappy with the work. I have purchased a brand new Honda lawn mower from them and within 4 months the lawn mower started having issues with the self drive of the mower. Sent that for service stating the issue of speed and service. After week they said it's ready to go. We got the lawn mower but it wasn't fixed. We sent back the lawn mower again to them with same issue they said it's fixed now. When we checked it on site it wasn't fixed. But due to lots of lawns overdue I had to take that and I returned it in a week for fixing the issue. After that it took 2 weeks for them to fix it stating it was my fault. Absolutely bad customer service and still they are saying no gurrenty that it will not happen again. Having this kind of service absolutely pisses me off when you have to consider the down time for the business. And it's not even 6 months from purchase.

Something that doesn't happen much anymore is people remembering your name and even being nice....This shop where I have my chainsaw etc maintained is one such place. Been tidied up and newish staff all friendly and plenty of good advise. Highly recommend this place over the super store places that have come to be the norm.

One of the best company to deal with. The lady at the front counter was very helpful when my order was misplace. She quickly sort it out for me. I am very grateful.

Euphoric experience time and time again with the geezers/lads at Mt Albert Stihl shop. Leon and his dream team are always ultra helpful with vast knowledge on everything from grass trimmers and lawn mowers to Pythagorean theorem. The staff are also very easy on the eyes which doesn't hurt either. Love spending time in this shop.
