Home at last. Shar had been helping us find a property in Kaiapoi and arranged with the selling agent for us to view 3 Shepherd Place. Shar accompanied us to view it and when we had decided we were interested in buying it at auction, Shar helped us through the auction process, gave us insight into what similar properties in Kaiapoi had sold for, and was there supporting us at the auction.
