Great staff - I had a pair of snowboard boots that had snapped their Boa cables. The guys let me know the cables had a lifetime warranty and the only out of pocket expense was their time to replace the cables and re-string. Dropped the boots off at midday and they were ready to be picked up that same afternoon.

The team here are fantastic. I've never seen such expertise and passion in a retail store. Down to earth people with honest recommendations. I didn't feel like they were trying to claw my shillings from me. Great products and great service.

These guys are excellent - my first set of new skis in ages (talking decades here) and they nailed it. Boot fitting great too. Plus I'd say their loyalty programme is very slick in a positive way - the points accrued quickly and the staff in store were good to remind me of an available discount. Great email follow up too. Well done for an independent store/s based in Wanaka & Queenstown. Heaps of product and selection in store also mirrored online. Well done.

Started out good but follow up is Zero. Simple as but they couldn't manage a return call/message/email. Disappointing as, rang 3 times and was told 'Dave' would be in touch. Nada☹☹Got an email address in the end...and it came back saying l was 'blocked'.

Will NEVER EVER rent from these guys again.Charged us for a surface scratch (i.e. wear and tear from normal use) as a way to make extra money, because we didn't buy their insurance. Skis were not broken and do not require any sort of repair. A surface scratch is NOT damage.We come to Wanaka every year and have never taken out insurance and have never been charged for damage. We always take good care of everything we rent and have the receipts to prove it.Needed to hire in Qtown and return in Wanaka so thought we'd give these guys a go, but that was a costly mistake. Back to the fabulous team at Racers Edge from now on.

Excellent service! Can’t go past these guys. New boot fitting, precise and patient - exceptional. Ski hire easy, fair and reasonable. Workshop ski tune - amazing. Ultimate Service returned my 16 year old skis back to brand new. Spoil your skis, you will not regret the magic Raffs will achieve.

Awesome experience. Top service, amazingly good price, just got my new boarding boots at 30% cheaper than I would have paid in Australia, and I got an expert fitting in the deal. Nice work guys.
