Kuaotunu Beach
Beautiful beach. Parking right on the sand edge. Rubbish bins close. Beautiful rock pools and large, virtually empty, white sand beach. Amazing

Great ocean beach with easy parking, trees for shelter on sunny days. Swimming safe with smaller swells , ideal for families, friends ,couples or individuals.

Beautiful place. Many parking spots available and small village with a general store, a great cafe and a cool pizza bar.

Kuaotunu Beach
Safe shallow beach with clear water, usually sheltered unless a storm surf is running. There is a dog exercise area and of course Lukes on the far eastern end, the best spot around for a coffee or food, outside of the main centers. The beach faces North towards Great Barrier Island in the distance and the Mercury chain of islands is also in the distance out to the east running north / south.
