My burger and chips were delicious but, my wife’s pregnant so she’s got a list of foods and sauces she can’t eat. To be on the safe side, I ordered her a Bacon Backfire but removed the Brie, relish and aioli sauce. The total was more than I expected so I asked for a receipt. I was pretty disappointed to see that I hard been charged $1.50 to have bbq sauce despite removing Brie, aioli and relish. When I spoke to the staff I was told “we don’t do substitutes”. That’s poor and probably needs addressing.My burger was very good but certainly nothing I can’t get from the Liardet Street Projects, where we’ll eat next time.

The online ordering works well and food is often ready before est time. Lots of vegetarian options and the food overall is a delight. Friendly, prompt service. What more could you ask.

Staff are super friendly, but the burger had a bit of a funny smell to it. Chicken sides were overcooked, and chips underseasoned, but the sauces were really tasty! It's a solid burger, but not one that I will rush back to. (And its waaaayy better than any of the chain brands)

Major issue with cold food!Very expensive for what is a normal burger, not small, not a big meal either. Not impressed when one gets home and they've given you kumera fries with your salt! The reason I ask for no salt is that I'm too young to die!

Went there to have my dinner the other night. But I was very disappointed to see the burger with no taste , fries were cold too. The quality has certainly gone down. It was complete waste of money.Not recommended!!!
