Technofix Invercargill

Would not recommend to go there. The only reason I rate 1 star, is that the new display works as it should. But nothing more. It looks as if an amateur had done the repair - the frame is broken, there are adhesive residues where they shouldn't be and the frame does not fit closely at one point, so there is a gap between the case and the screen. I had to fix it with tape afterwards.It would have been okay to tell, if the screen couldn't be replaced, but to say, that one can do it and this is the result. Not really professionally.It was not really possible to negotiate a discount. The guy only agreed on a $16 discount - definitely to little, as I paid $120 in total for this bad repair.Edit 22.03.2020: also the speaker at the top of the phone does not work anymore as before. It can not be put as loud as it was before.

I have an android phone that needed a screen replaced so I called in and they said that it would take 2 hours,1 hour later i got a call to say it was finished.Very prompt, friendly, cost effective service.Regards

I took my samsung galaxy tablet in on the 15th of November. I keep ringing and ringing to ask if my tablet he said give me another fornighty thats of today . Last week my samsung galaxy tablet was to be ready on the 7th of march. I am not happy. I don't know what else to do. As i am partly deaf it was the only thing i could look up and see what i need. I had a friend who said technofix invercargill fixed her phone. I don't think my tablet will be ready in a fornighty. Not happy at all. At this stage i will not be going back to technofix invercargill. I have seen reviews and a lot of people are happy with technofix invercargill. It looks like technofix invercargill dose not want the job of fixing my tablet. My friend went in to find out what's going on he said the 12 march he would let me know never heard back from it has been 4 months since my friend and i took my tablet in. I don't have the money to buy another one. I now have to do everything on my phone which is not ideal i don't think i will see my tablet again

Very good service. Was told my phone would be around $120.00 to repair but was only charged 30 bucks. Seems very honest. Cheers Eric Graham

I couldn't clean my Iphone port and get it to charge at all. Guy was super helpful, dry brushed it out, and now working all good! Didn't charge anything for his time, Will definitely be back when my phone needs an actual repair

I asked them to replace my battery, they charged $270 and stuffed an oversized battery into my Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge which slowly snapped open the case from all the pressure, on top of that, upon getting it back my back camera simply didn't work, my phone couldn't recognize its' existence. Absolute rip-off.

Amazing service reasonable prices and got it done within half an hour would highly recommend
