I always order my flowers online as I'm living in Ireland and it's so easy to get my flowers delivered without any hassle. They go above and beyond and I'm so impressed with how everything runs so smoothly and I never had to worry about anything. The quality of the bouquets are amazing also. We emailed about purchasing flowers for our wedding. They replied 2 days later “sorry for the delay, do you still want a quote?”. We said that was fine and then they never replied. Very average communication and service.

I ordered a bunch of flowers by phone to be delivered to my daughter on her 40th birthday. You always wonder when you order from a distance as to the quality you will get. The bunch of flowers was amazing with the lovely bright colours that I ordered and my daughter was delighted. Thank you for the great service and quality bunch.

Amazing experience. Needed a bouquet for my mum for mothers day, so went to one of her favourite stores to try and surprise her. Since I'm living in another country I was a bit nervous as to how the bouquet would turn out. But as usual the flowers were stunning with all my special requests included. Thank you so much ! <3

I purchased my bridal bouquet from In the Pink for my elopement in Queenstown, admittedly ordering it quite last minute! Even though the order was at short notice, Victoria created such a stunning wedding bouquet of pastels, listening to exactly the sort of colours and style I was looking for and even sending a very kind note with the delivery. It truly was perfect. Thank you for making my wedding day even more amazing!

I ordered my Mum some flowers for her birthday. There was a hiccup with delivery days and I had to send an email which they promptly sorted everything out. It was a day later than expected but my Mum loved the flowers and customer service was amazing. I was really not looking forward to calling or emailing them but they did a great job and were very apologetic. Thank you guys so much.

I live in the UK and ordered flowers from InThePink for my sister-in-law in Queenstown. It can be tricky ordering flowers from the other side of the world and you never know exactly how they're going to turn out but Victoria did a wonderful job.
