We were ignored for 15mins. We appreciate she was busy but no acknowledgement to place our order. Table service was slow. The waiter had been given the wrong number and was wandering about for 5 mins hence food was not hot, just warm. YOU NEED MORE STAFF. They need more staff. We could see they were busy but an acknowledgement would have been good. Not the standard we have come to expect from Mcdonald's

Not too bad. Definitely not the worst Maccas. I think that many fast-food places in general are starting to go downhill. The food still tasted how it should.I no longer expect smiles from the serving staff so I can't be disappointed too much there.

Good service which was fast and efficient. Restaurant was clean and tidy. We just stopped for a coffee on our way to Christchurch.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF!!!WE CAME WITH OUR CAMPERVAN AND COULDN'T GO THROUGH THE DRIVE IN AS IT'S HIGHER THAN 2.7 METERS AND THE LADY COLDLY SAID THEY WON'T ACCEPT WITHOUT A CAR AND SHUT THE WINDOW ALTHOUGH WE EXPLAINED WE HAVE A BIG CAR.HOPE YOU GET YOUR KARMA BACK LADY.

Went in here for a take away coffee it was like being in school again kids running the place and acting like kids. They forgot my order and then asked what i was waiting for finally got my order. Wont go back in ever again.

Shocking. 15 mins for a cheeseburger and stale and cold. Dont waste your time there's clearly no quality control here. Management should be embarrassed

I get home and my daughter has more chips in her happy meal than my large! Burger was made from across the kitchen and the whole lot was stale. 6:12 pm on 20 Jan. Sort it out.

Eh cant really say much... burgers could definitely look better and not look like they have just been smashed inside a dam box. Giys need to up your game when it comes to quality and presentation if im being honest

Terrible, when the order was ready the girl at the front counter was yelling like a crazy person. First was missing a drink with the happy meal, had to go back and ask, second was missing the Chicken McChesse burger.. went back to ask. This is what I got.. not fresh it looked terrible like they took it out of a rubbish bin. So I threw it away.. Chips were cold, just not nice at all. Poor front of house girl doing the tables she was nice, shame the rest of the staff are not like her!
