Had some shower glass supplied, we believe they supplied it the wrong size, not great after care service, gave us what we believe is a second hand shower handle. Gave us a mirror they say was worth $500 as a sorry" but we believe the mirror would be worth around $250 tops. Seems since Ash left personal service has dropped. Shame but here are other glaziers that come to Golden Bay"

Rang and got rep to come out for a quote to do work. Expected to be paying $12 -16K so not just a few dollars job. Said he would get quote to me early the next week. A week and a half later I ring to ask where my quote is. 'Oh, yes sorry will get it to you today I promise'. Still waiting two days later now. Not a company I want to do business with. Rep needs some customer service training!
