Release and Unwind Therapeutic Massage

I have been looking for a massage therapist for a while and have found Yumi to be one of the best. She was thorough and I left feeling much lighter and freer in my body. Thank you Yumi!

Awesome staff and really good massages.Why I love this place:- strong pressure massage (if you ask for it)- warm towels used to remove oil and help relax- professional & well experienced staffZane is a great massage therapist. He asked me in the beginning about my focus areas and how much pressure I would like, which I appreciated a lot. He finds tensed areas with great detail and massages with strong pressure (if you like it). However, he asked beforehand and during the massage how much pressure was comfortable and adapted to my preferences.From the massage as well as the conversations with him I could see that he has a lot of experience and knows what he is doing. Besides this, he is friendly, easy to chat to and and very respectful, which made me feel super comfortable during the massage. Sometimes as a women you may not feel that comfortable with a male massage therapist, but with Zane you really don’t have to worry :)

I had a deep tissue massage with Zane and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had!…and I’ve been to many many massage therapists in the past. I like very firm pressure and Zane applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout my 1 hr session. He was very thorough and was working it the whole time. Can’t wait for my next session!

I had a wonderful massage yesterday with Andrea. I left feeling super dooper relaxed. All tension melted away after having the mysofacial release. I woke up today feeling great!

I have booked in with Andrea and Yumie regularly for the last 3 years. Andrea does a brilliant deep tissue massage and Yumie's reflexology massage is just divine. They also have carparks allocated to their practice so the parking situation is never a stress!

Zane is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. His high level of expertise on the muscular response to injury really helped to speed up my recovery process. Would recommend!

Courtney has been extremely understanding with rescheduling, but she is also an excellent massage therapist. She paid attention to my comments and was able to tailor the session to suit my needs. Parking was also very easy right outside the Parnell Centre. Highly recommend, and a good gift for friends & family too!

Zane has helped me with my back, neck and shoulder problems that I got from a stressful work situation with long working days in front of a PC screen in the office. He is very experienced and knows the anatomy of the body, which means that he can find all the problem points. I also get very good follow-up from him, which enables me to get into a proactive situation with my back pain problems. Strongly recommended!
