Dominion road postshop went above and beyond for me today - I had to have my fingerprints taken urgently and they were so kind and understanding and were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. I did have to wait a while, but it was a small price to pay for peace of mind. Thank you, your sympathy and diligence is much appreciated.

They are very friendly. I had some serious problems for doing my fingerprints for PCC. I went there two times. They listened to me and tried to helped me on the best way. Thanks all. Thanks Seema!

The only reason i came here is for fingerprinting. Initially, the lady in the counter wasn't really welcoming and all, it was after lunch qnd I was basically the only customer there. tried chatting with her so her mood wouldn't affect my visit there.

I don't like going to this branch because of previous unpleasant experience with a young lady behind the counter. Also, I don't get time to write reviews. But this time round it was a completely different experience so felt compelled to acknowledge it. This gentleman called Paul went out of his way to assist me as I was with my little one. He even pulled up a chair for me. And I totally appreciate such little things when people go out of their way to help. Thank you.

I have not happy with NewZeland Post - International Courier Delivery.What an Embarrassment, they are so un professional.Lost my Courier in International Transit centre and ask me to provide the receipts for each individual item, Refuse the Purchasing transactions shown from Bank Credit Card - statement for new born kids clothing from businesses like Baby Factory, H&M and Cotton Kids etc..,I will never ever use this Courier service ever in my life.Keep the receipts of items you couriered and clearly mention on the delivery note.NOT AT ALL RELIABLE - Lost courier and had to go through heaps of Emails.I had to visit each business to get duplicate transaction receipts and they are still not happy.

Customer service over there were so terrible!!! Trying to do fingerprints documents over there The Indian lady named Minnie was completely rude, she didn't even want to solve the problem which was her fault, and the manger over there just saying human would make mistake!! They can't do anything. That's unacceptable!! If they don't know how to fix it who knows!!! They are the only authority place where people can do fingerprints document in Auckland.And btw if that India lady didn't serve you before, you can't ask any questions,if you would like to ask something, she would keep reply you: [you are not my customer I don't want to talk to you ]Will never go there again!!! I had never seeing people working in the customer service with such a rude way to customer.

This is our local post office, so we often use their services, especially for sending and receiving parcels within NZ and internationally. Every staff member we have interacted with has been helpful, pleasant and professional. Good job, team. :-)
