Hard to open door had to ring for instruction. Roof and walls flacking with paint and motar.No tea towels or dish cloth.Clean and good beds.Central

Perfect place for families to stay when in Wellington. You are right in centre of CBD with Cuba St at the entrance. You are within walking distance to all the major attraction around city centre. It is great value for money. Very spacious, and we'll appointed apartments. You will need to arrange parking prior to arrival. I recommend parking at Wilson parking Lombard (P851) located at 28 Bond St. Ph: 04 4716193, $30/day multiple entry. It's less than 100 metres away.

The location is based in a area where there is clubs that play loud music all night and have people yelling till 5am. The entire house is covered in mould and dust, it has not been cleaned. The mould and dust are on your bed frames and all over the ceilings in the house and bathroom and windows. There is a awful smell in the hallway and the entire apartment smells awful. The windows were difficult to open in all the rooms and lounge. There were flies in the apartment before we arrived and the beds are not comfortable & have are overly used. There is no natural ventilation in the apartment and no working fan in the bathroom.

Entrance way smells bad. Not what we booked. Booked for Willis street and got Manner Street and 2x double/queen beds for a family of 4. Kids are 10 and 14 and unrealistic to share a bed...No aircon which is useless in the summer...not a great start to out only trip to Wellington. Kitchen is run down. The whole family can't wait to leave here. Believe the previous reviews-not suitable for a family.

Very poor standard of accommodation, not clean, carpets dirty, light bulbs not working, not enough cutlery, expensive! Have to walk up two flights of stairs. Cannot emphasise enough how poor and uncomfortable this accommodation was.

Very clean and good comfy beds. Central location and a good sized apartment. Decor and facilities are tired. Would not want to stay more than a couple of nights. Attention to maintenance required eg missing light bulbs in lamps.

Dirty and smells like urine in the bathroom nothing had been cleaned. Floor was sticky in kitchen and all the window ledges and glass doors were dirty I had to buy some jif and window cleaner to clean it all up was disgusting. Hadn't been vacuumed and had to deodorize rooms was so disappointing for a penthouse and for 800 dollars u would expect better... They have 4star rating on booking. Com I would give it a 2 star.. So unhappy

Clean, quiet and comfortable and a great location!The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is in a great central location"."

Good communication. Could do with a freshen and better internet and a good vacuum in the wardrobes. Great location- v central - would have been good to know we had two flights of stairs to cart our cases up. ESP If u have elderly relatives.
