Absolutely shocking service, rude to customer. Waiting an hour infront of warehouse to pick up my items. Staff has no education at all.

Hopeless...not only do they damage our freight each time we are forced to use them,but have lost pallets twice.They insist they didnt receive them,then a few days later find them.I only use them as our freight forwarder use them.

Just the most surely, uncooperative, impersonal and unfriendly staff I have met in any service profession. The yard staff in Christchurch ought to be bloody ashamed of themselves.Avoid using this carrier if at all possible.

Very unfriendly staffs. Everyone don’t care who you are. Picking up own cargo few times, and every time was very inefficient, unfriendly and unprofessional.
