Was told I need to order online but while she was telling me why I need to order online and if i struggle they will then take my order at the counter, she could have just taken my order. So I gave it a skip as don't want to download the app because they are short staffed and have time to tell you that but don't have time to take your order. Supported subway and will never buy Starbuck there again

Think i only had 2 right orders.They can’t even spell people names Xmas eveThey took my order let other orders build up then they went new to old orders making people that paid first wait the longestGave me a gift card for replacement drinks they still got the order wrong.Cbd One is the best no problems what so Eva

We greatly enjoyed our visit this past Saturday at 5pm. It was our daughter’s birthday and the lady and other counter staff went out of their way to facilitate our groups special request. All was excellent. Many thanks.

They are do nice crisp batter and chips. The ingredients are fresh. Hard to beat their products and price value. Friendly and great service.

Friendly staff and lovely new premises:) My daughter bought a yummy mango frappacino that was well made. Only downside…it was expensive! $8! And not that big for that price either. It will definitely only be an occasional treat.

The staff are always so unpleasant and they easily get snappy making you feel as though you are a big inconvenience. They also under full my cup or mess up my order everytime. I’ve never had these experiences at the Starbucks in Hamilton Central. I will definitely be taking the extra drive to go to Hamilton Central rather than Chartwell.
