This branch is so much better than many West Auckland branches that I am use to. All sale products clearly labelled, clean and most importantly friendly and honest staff. Forgot my iPhone then return later to find a staff member found it and when I enquired the staff member ensured I could unlock the phone to validate ownership.

Customer service was unkind, treated me like i was ruining their day, it didn't help that the group of family i was with was already offended by one customer service workers. All in all a bad experience. The warehouse was.a.decent warehouse though. Allot of great things to choose from

Awesome shop with good friendly staff.Make sure to stop in here on your way through Dargaville.But ATM stock is very low and the shop feels a bit empty.

Thanks to the amazing staff member Christy, who spent at least 20min with us on setting us up with fishing tackle. Have to agree this is a great Warehouse and staff. Thanks again Christy we caught two big kahawai.
