6 months from deposit to job start. Poor communication, poor timekeeping. Showed up late, left early, didn’t show up at all. Didn’t reply to emails or txts . Reluctant to finish job to compliance standards without further payment . Unprofessional in dealing with my complaints resorting to verbal personal attacks.

We can highly recommend IPM Glass to anyone living on Waiheke Island. Over the past few years at various times, Russell and his team have carried out repairs to/replacement of locks and have installed new insect screens for us. Earlier this year IPM installed retrofit double glazing to the colder lower level of our home, and we have noticed the difference it has made - the lower level of the house is noticeably warmer.Cathy and Geoff, Waiheke Island
