Took my boy there for a groom, but got so much more. Melissa was so gentle and considerate of this older dog's needs, really reassuring, and gave excellent advice for finding a really good vet - based on personal experience.

The staff at Animates are always friendly and helpful and seem to be there for the love of the animals and will often help with advice. The store has a large variety and is clean and tidy and the self serve dog wash is easy to use.

Take dog for wash here regularly. Generally kept clean but can get a bit grubby when busy. No fault of staff.
